Carried on with the interior strip out; the sound system is now completely out. As I had to remove the door panels to access the speakers in the door I decided to also remove some additional parts like handle brackets and side compartments. Unfortunately I have to keep the door panels due to regulations so I’ve taken out as much as I can.

Thanks to my awesome super wide CARMATE rear view mirror I don’t really need my passenger side mirror, so I decided to remove it. Less weight + less frontal area = Win. A little carbon panel covers up the hole that is left.

I had to put the wastegate actuator back on the old turbo temporarily to check to see if it was still operating well and at the correct pressure.

Literally just waiting for the crane now; can’t wait to take this thing out and start the real work.
